Journey To Handstand Workshop

This 90 minute workshop focuses on building shoulder strength, stability and flexibility. Core engagement and body awareness is a must in being able to get inverted. Students can expect to learn handstand drills, have a better understanding of the 4 fundamental poses for straight arm scapular strength and how to safely integrate these essential skills into their yoga practice. Learn handstand drills and how to safely integrate inversions into your yoga practice. This class is open to all levels and will include options for beginners and advanced yogis alike.
