Prenatal Yoga 5-week series

Open to pregnant women and mamas at any stage of motherhood. This gentle yoga practice teaches you ways to adjust to the changing needs of your body during pregnancy and after. With even a few practices, you will learn movements and breathing techniques to decrease common discomforts of pregnancy (such as low back pain, swelling of feet and ankles, and anxiety). With consistent practice, you will increase full-body flexibility and stability, including strengthening the pelvic floor muscles.
