Always wanted to do drag or play with gender roles but never really knew where to start? Youtube tutorials don't seem to be working out? Well, it's happening! Presented by Collidescope at Smokestack Theatre Company, we bring you our very own drag bootcamp!!!
Rather you want to be a queen, a king, or a gender bent machine, we're gonna teach you the basics. This workshop will feature local professionals who will help you find your personal within by teaching makeup techniques, onstage performing styles, character development, and fashion advice that you can take with you down the runway!
Your ticket includes admission and a meal. Campers are responsible for your own make up, wigs and clothes (Because they're YOURS silly, we're just here to show you how to put them together). Even if you don't know where to begin, we'll be here to help. Once applicants have been accepted they'll have access to our database full of where they can get everything they need for the class.
Once seats are filled up, tickets will no longer be on sale! So first come first serve.
