Hot Asana's studio may be flooded, but we will use this opportunity to share yoga at other locations around the River District and in other areas of the community. Please join Sarah Neighbors, certified 200-hour yoga instructor for a 75 minute, all-levels vinyasa yoga class. All levels and abilities are welcome. Bring a mat if you have one. Bring a water. Invite a friend. Class is $10 per person or $8 with Averett ID. You are welcome to bring your own yoga blocks, bolster or strap for your personal use in class. We want to show our gratitude. Our second Community 500 workshop is open! This session will help members of the community learn how to pitch their ideas for a Community 500 sponsorship. Middle Border Forward has provided over $13,000 in financial & technical support to citizen-led projects in our region. Registration is not required but encouraged through this Facebook event.

Hot Asana's studio may be flooded, but this is our opportunity to share yoga at other locations around the River District and in other areas of our community! This Monday night at 6:45pm, please join Lauren Mathena, certified RYT-200-hour yoga instructor for a 75 minute, beginner-friendly, vinyasa yoga class at Dominion Cross Fit at 308 Court in downtown Danville. Class will be assisted by Sarah Neighbors, certified Hot Asana assist. All levels and abilities are welcome. Class is open to beginners and experienced yogis alike. Modifications and options make the class appropriately "doable" or challenging, depending on your current health and goals for strength, flexibility and focus. Class is unheated, so no excuses! Grab a yoga mat and a bottle of water, and let's flow! Please arrive a few minutes early to park and check-in. Free street parking. Class is $10 per person or $8 with Averett ID.
