Pop Up Yoga - Gentle Yoga at Cottontail Events

Tuesday morning, please join Sarah Neighbors, certified 200-hour yoga instructor for a 60 minute, beginner-friendly, gentle yoga class at Cottontail at 600 Craghead Street. Park at the Community Market or on the street.
All levels and abilities are welcome. Bring a mat if you have one. Bring a water. Invite a friend. Class is $10 per person or $8 with Averett ID.
You are welcome to bring your own yoga blocks, bolster or strap for your personal use in class.

These resources provide useful information and training to become successful grant seekers.
Join us on Friday, October 26th from 9-10AM for a free training on what we have to offer as a FIN! We provide you with a suite of fundraising tools, and the guidance to use them to achieve your social good goals. The workshop is free, we just ask that you RSVP to let us know you'll be there! Snacks and coffee will be provided!

Halloween Glow Flow!

Kids aren't the only ones that get to have fun for Halloween! Join us for a Halloween high energy, up-tempo, blacklight experience! We will provide the glowing space and guide you through a thriller vinyasa flow. All you need to do is show up wearing your best Halloween costume or as much white and neon stuff as you've got! Let’s crank it up a notch so you will leave glowing inside and out! This class will definitely be a spooky sweet treat so bring a friend! There may even be a Halloween prize for the most festive yogi! See you on the mat!

(Cash bar available after that.) Proceeds go back into the Danville community through Rotary projects focusing on education and literacy, community development and environmental stewardship.
