Gentle Yoga to Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra, or "yogic sleep", is a powerful meditation technique. The practitioner lies comfortably in savanna, or any other relaxing position, and is walked through a systematic meditation focusing on complete relaxation. This class will begin with gentle yoga using cushions and blankets and eases you right into the bliss of yoga nidra. Definitely a must-try class!!
