A multi-level slow flow yoga class, suitable for everyone. Whether you practice frequently, or are new to yoga, this practice is accessible for all. Students will move slowly to increase awareness in poses and soothe the body. This class will help increase physical strength, quiet the mind, relax the soul, and bring mindfulness into each movement on and off the mat.
The class will finish with Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique that everyone from children to seniors can do. It is one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While the practitioner rests comfortably in shavasana (lying on your back on the floor), this systematic meditation leaving you with a sense of wholeness and peace. *All levels welcome * Regular Class Price
