Pop Up Yoga - Gentle Yoga at Cottontail Events

Tuesday morning, please join Sarah Neighbors, certified 200-hour yoga instructor for a 60 minute, beginner-friendly, gentle yoga class at Cottontail at 600 Craghead Street. Park at the Community Market or on the street.
All levels and abilities are welcome. Bring a mat if you have one. Bring a water. Invite a friend. Class is $10 per person or $8 with Averett ID.
You are welcome to bring your own yoga blocks, bolster or strap for your personal use in class.

Experience the benefits of holding poses a little longer, giving massive areas such as hamstrings, hips, and shoulders more time to release and go deeper into poses. This is truly an amazing routine yet we rarely leave the floor. This class is suited for students of all levels. Warm Class.

GHOSTS & GRAVESTONES. Tour the Sutherlin Mansion AND take a walking tour of Grove Street Cemetery and meet SPIRIT CHARACTERS as they tell their tales of how they lived and died.
It will be a haunting and mysterious night to remember INDEED!
