Join Lauren M for a special Sunday 6pm yin yoga practice. As we settle into stillness through holding yin yoga poses, Lauren will guide us through a metta meditation. What is a metta meditation? Also called loving-kindness meditation, metta is the simple practice of directing well-wishes towards other people. Beginner-friendly class.
