Whether you have tight hips from sitting or driving, running or cycling, this class is for you! Join Lauren M for this Bryan Kest-inspired practice that methodically moves you through poses to work deep into the HIPS. This class gives big love to major muscle groups in the hips, hamstrings, and shoulders. Great no matter your experience level with yoga - in fact, we rarely stand during the practice because the long-held poses are all seated! MSAC Pour Coasters

First class sold out so don’t delay in registering! Click here to register!
Melissa Dalton instructs different methods of pour paint & each person creates 4 tile coasters. This can be a messy process so wear suitable clothing. Melissa will take tiles home to apply epoxy & cork backing then return to the shop for pick up.
Minimum of 5, maximum of 12 registrants.

Pour Paint Coasters
